At Hire Power Resumes, all products and services are digital and/or customized to your professional needs. Because of the nature of these services and products, no returns are accepted. This page outlines our policies regarding refunds, revisions, guarantees, and digital delivery.

Digital Products / eBooks

• All eBooks and downloadable products are digital, pre-made, and non-refundable.
• No returns or exchanges are ever accepted.
• Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Custom Services

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if a project is canceled before work begins.
• No refunds are provided once work has started or a first draft has been delivered.
• In short: refunds are only possible if you cancel before work begins; otherwise, all purchases are final.

Late or missing refunds

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed promptly after confirmation.

If you believe a refund has not been received within 7 business days, please contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

Revisions

Each service includes a set number of revisions, as outlined at purchase.

You are encouraged to provide feedback throughout the drafting process to ensure your expectations are met.

Revision Response Policy: If you do not respond with feedback within 7 business days of receiving a draft, the project will be considered complete.

Additional revisions beyond the included set may be offered for an additional fee.

60-Day Interview Guarantee

Hire Power Resumes stands behind the quality of your resume with a 60-Day Interview Guarantee. If you do not receive at least one interview invitation within 60 days of receiving your final resume, you are eligible for one complimentary rewrite.

To qualify:

• Apply to a minumum of 20 relevant positions within 60 days
• Only applications reflecting genuine effort count toward the 20 required. Automated or 1-click applications count only if you complete any requested follow-up actions, such as confirming your application or completing any additional steps requested by the employer.
• Applications should match your skills and experience; positions outside your qualifications do not count toward the 20 application requirement.
• Submit a simple application log including job titles, companies, and dates applied, along with proof of completed applications (confirmation emails or screenshots).
• Request a rewrite within 75 days of receiving your final resume.
• Applications should be submitted progressively throughout the 60-day period. Submitting all applications near the end of the 60-day period does not meet the requirements for the guarantee.

This guarantee ensures you have a clear path to improving your resume if it does not produce interview results.

Digital Delivery

• All services are delivered digitally via email or secure download.
• No physical products are shipped.
• You will receive your resume, cover letter, coaching materials, or eBook promptly after purchase or completion.
